- I obtained a degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s in Integrative Individual and Group Psychotherapy from the Carl Rogers Institute in Barcelona.
- Currently, I continue expanding my training in relational psychodynamic therapy and Gestalt therapy for children and adolescents.
- I collaborate with the ART project as a therapist, offering emotional support to patients dealing with difficulties related to self-esteem, body image, relationships with food, and interpersonal relationships.
- Although most of my experience in psychotherapy has been with adults, I have always been interested in child and adolescent psychotherapy and respectful education. For this reason, I dedicate my mornings to providing emotional support to children at a Montessori-based school.
- I work from an integrative approach, tailoring sessions to meet each patient’s needs.
- I am furthering my training in rational psychodynamic therapy and issues related to eating disorders. I am currently in the process of obtaining the EFPA EuroPsy certification as a Psychotherapy Specialist.
- With my patients, I practice from a place of unconditional acceptance, honoring the point in the process where each person finds themselves and trusting in the healing potential within a therapeutic relationship.
- I offer sessions in both Spanish and English.
