  • Prices

    • Individual therapy session and pre-treatment clinical orientation meeting: duration 45* minutes, price 70€ (for the long-term therapy, focal and brief therapy, online therapy, coaching, feedback session or a supervision session).
    • Couples therapy session, Family sessions with 1 therapist, First Psychotherapy session, Some Coaching sessions: duration 60* minutes, price 90€
    • Family sessions (with 2-3 therapists) duration 60-90* minutes, price 160-240€
    • Group therapy session: duration 90* minutes if the group is small (5-6 persons) or 120* minutes if the group is large (7-10 persons), price 35€ per person (for therapy groups and group supervision).
    • First medicine/pharmacological support session: 90€ (45* minutes), follow-up sessions 70€ (30* minutes). For the patients who are in therapy at the Art Clinic the first session is not necessary as we share the clinical history. 
    • First nutrition counseling session: 65€ (60* minutes), follow-up sessions 50 € (45* minutes) or 40€ (30* minutes), depending on the needs of each client.
    • Diagnostic session (with the report included): 160€ (90 minutes*), Feedback session 70€ (45 minutes*), Psychological reports: 40€. 

  • Cancellation policy

    Our cancellation policy is about mutual respect. When you book a session, you will receive a confirmation email and an automatic reminder 48 hours before your session. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session using the button “change/cancel your session” in the confirmation email. Otherwise, we will kindly ask you to cover the costs of the session. Thank you for your understanding.

    Group sessions are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If you decide to resign, please inform us 7 days before the next group meeting.

  • Payment methods

    Sessions can be paid by card online when booking your session or later. If you opt to pay later, you can click on the button “pay for the session” in the reservation confirmation email.

    If we don’t receive the payment until the day of your session, the amount will be deducted automatically the next day.

    We do not accept cash. 

    When you make a reservation through our scheduling system, you will receive a receipt/invoice in a digital format after each session.

  • Insurance

    We do not collaborate with insurance companies, but if you have health insurance, find out with your company about the possibility of a partial refund.

* For your planning purposes, please add additional 15 minutes to each session. We try to stick to the schedule but we might ask you to wait up to 15 minutes for your planned session. 

Prices are subject to change and, besides exceptional cases, do not apply to treatments already started. In the event that any change is made to the price that we are applying to your treatments, we will inform you in advance by email.
