¿What is Me and My Eating?
We start from a clear manifesto: we all eat. And therefore, we all have a relationship with our image and our plate. However, nutrition is often reduced to math and calories, forgetting the impact it has on our identity, our mental health, and our way of living.
Me and My Eating is not a passive webinar or clinical group therapy. It is a space for shared experiences guided by our Nutrition team.
It is a refuge where shame is transformed into strength, experiences are shared, and tools are built to feel better. A place where you are not judged, but supported.
Your relationship with food deserves to be heard, not judged.
Who is this group for?
We break stereotypes. This group isn’t for a diagnostic “label,” but for people who share a common feeling. It is for you if you identify with any of these moments:
-
People tired of dieting: You’ve spent half your life restricting, counting, or trying to “change” your body, and you feel a deep exhaustion. You are looking for peace, not another diet.
-
Those who don’t feel good in their own body: You feel discomfort, shame, or rejection toward your image, and it prevents you from fully enjoying your daily life.
-
When food takes control: You feel like the “mental noise” about what to eat or what not to eat takes up too much space in your head, stripping away your freedom.
-
Expats and Nomads: You have recently moved and need to build new eating habits from scratch in an unfamiliar environment, far from your usual support network.
-
Moments of life transition: You are going through menopause, pregnancy, or you are a former athlete redefining your body outside of competition.
-
LGBTIQ+ Community: You are looking for a space free of prejudice and cis-heteronormative body standards.
-
Medical adaptation: An illness forces you to change your diet and you need to rediscover the pleasure of eating under new rules.
