• Psychotherapy prices

    • Individual therapy session and pre-treatment clinical orientation meeting: duration 45* minutes, price 70€ (for the long-term therapy, focal and brief therapy, online therapy, coaching, feedback session or a supervision session).
    • Couples therapy session, Family sessions with 1 therapist, First Psychotherapy session, Some Coaching sessions: duration 60* minutes, price 90€
    • Family sessions (with 2-3 therapists) duration 60-90* minutes, price 160-240€
    • Group therapy session: duration 90* minutes if the group is small (5-6 persons) or 120* minutes if the group is large (7-10 persons), price 35€ per person (for therapy groups and group supervision).
  • Other prices

    • First medicine/pharmacological support session: 90€ (45 minutes), follow-up sessions 70€ (30 minutes).
    • First nutrition counseling session/physiotherapy: 65€ (60* minutes), follow-up sessions 50 € (45* minutes) or 40€ (30* minutes), depending on the needs of each client.
    • Diagnostic session (with the report included): 160€ (90 minutes*), Feedback session 70€ (45 minutes*), Psychological reports: 40€. 
  • Cancellation policy

    Our cancellation policy is designed to support the therapeutic process, ensure its effectiveness, and maintain mutual commitment and respect.
    Once the session frequency has been agreed upon between the patient and the therapist, it will not be possible to cancel or reschedule sessions except in exceptional cases, to ensure the effectiveness of the therapeutic process. Exceptions include making changes up to 6 times a year (including vacation) with at least 24 hours’ notice. Outside of these exceptions (regardless of the cause), canceled sessions will still be charged.

  • Absences

    The clinic contemplates vacation periods in August and December/January, during which sessions will not be charged if the therapist is on vacation (and the patient isn´t).
    The patient´s absences must be agreed with the therapist, as far in advance as possible. Consecutive absences longer than 4 weeks will result in an interruption of the therapeutic process.
    Group sessions are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If you decide to resign, please inform us 7 days before the next group meeting.

  • Payment methods

    Sessions are paid for by card automatically, at the end of the session. When starting the therapeutic process, we will ask you to leave your card in our reservation system. If we do not receive payment correctly, we will contact you to resolve the incident. If it is not possible to resolve it before the next session, we will not be able to guarantee the continuation of the process.

    We do not accept cash.

    Every time an automatic payment is made, you will receive a receipt. At the end of the month you will receive an invoice in digital format for all sessions carried out.

    Insurance

    We do not collaborate with insurance companies, but if you have health insurance, find out with your company about the possibility of a partial refund.
