If you have started the therapeutic process with us, please fill out this form with your personal data.
* For your planning purposes, please add additional 15 minutes to each session. We try to stick to the schedule but we might ask you to wait up to 15 minutes for your planned session.
Prices are subject to change and, except in exceptional cases, do not apply to treatments already started. In the event that any change is made to the price that we are applying to your treatments, we will inform you in advance by email.
Our cancellation policy is about mutual respect. When you book a session, you will receive an automatic reminder. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 24 hours prior to your session. Otherwise, we will kindly ask you to cover the costs of the session.
Group sessions are non-refundable. If you decide to resign, please inform us 7 days prior to the next group meeting.
Sessions can be paid by card the same day of the session or by card online (especially in the case of online therapy). If you opt for paying online, you can click on the button “pay for the session” in the reservation confirmation email. We do not accept cash.
When you make a reservation through our scheduling system, you will receive a receipt / invoice in a digital format after each session.
We do not collaborate with the insurance companies, but if you have health insurance, find out with your company about the possibility of partial refund.
