Me and My Body Workshops

At the ART Clinic we offer the opportunity to participate in workshops to reflect on and understand your relationship with your body and learn to experience it in a healthier way. The Me and My Body program has been designed by the multidisciplinary team of our clinic to accompany people who have a complicated relationship with their bodies.

• Workshops are divided into 2 4-hour sessions (2 Saturdays)
• Both are recomendad to complete the program.
• The in-person workshops take place on a Saturday morning
• Duration: each session will last 4 hours (8 hours total)
• Schedule: Saturday mornings (10-14.00)
• Number of participants: between 4 and 10 people
• Total price: €200 (for the 8-hour workshop, each workshop 100€).

• Cancellation policy: the workshops are refundable if you inform us at least 7 days prior to the workshop. Otherwise, we will kindly ask you to cover the costs of the session. (More on the conditions in the form above)

The Me and My Body workshops are in-person workshops during which we will try to reflect about our body and provide practical tools to relate to them differently. We will gain insight into what functions does the body fulfill, how do we relate to it and why, about the different states of our body, etc.

We will carry out both debates and practical exercises so that you learn a different way of relating to your diet.
