The NURTURE, MOVE, TRANSFORM WORKSHOP SERIES consists of 8 sessions built upon two core pillars.

ME & MY BODY WORKSHOPS

By combining Dance Movement Therapy and Yoga, these workshops are dedicated to reconnecting with your body through movement and awareness.

During the sessions, you will explore:

  • Finding joy through movement

  • The signals your body sends every day

  • Inhabiting your body through inner listening

  • Individual, partner, and group creativity

Each workshop is an invitation to leave with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection to your body.

ME & MY EATING WORKSHOPS

Workshops dedicated to transforming your relationship with food.

The first hour of the workshop will be a reflective session guided by two nutritionists. The second hour is purely hands-on in the kitchen, led by a therapeutic chef who will help you bring what you’ve learned into your daily reality.

Instead of following external rules, you will begin to understand what your body truly needs, enjoying both the process and the results.

In these workshops, you will explore:

  • How structure in your meals brings structure to your life

  • Identifying your true needs and how to discover them

  • The peace of mind that comes from “going with the flow” while staying true to yourself

  • Connecting with food through the lens of pleasure

What you learn in these sessions will help you build a friendly relationship with food, giving you the gifts of order, calm, and well-being.

*No prior experience in yoga, dance, nutrition, or cooking is required.

The series consists of 8 sessions, but you can participate in many ways. It is not mandatory to attend all of them; you are welcome to choose individual workshops that fit your needs.

The content is organized around the elements EARTH – WATER – AIR – FIRE, which serve as our guiding thread to explore different aspects of our relationship with our bodies and food.

  • When: All workshops take place on Saturdays during the morning.
