During the sessions, you will explore:

Each workshop is an invitation to leave with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection to your body.

The first hour of the workshop will be a reflective session guided by two nutritionists. The second hour is purely hands-on in the kitchen, led by a therapeutic chef who will help you bring what you’ve learned into your daily reality.
Instead of following external rules, you will begin to understand what your body truly needs, enjoying both the process and the results.
In these workshops, you will explore:
How structure in your meals brings structure to your life
Identifying your true needs and how to discover them
The peace of mind that comes from “going with the flow” while staying true to yourself

Our work integrates Yoga, Dance Movement Therapy, Nutritional Awareness, and Energetic Cooking.
This holistic approach allows us to address nutrition as a dynamic relationship between your body, your emotions, and your daily life.

The content is organized around the elements EARTH – WATER – AIR – FIRE, which serve as our guiding thread to explore different aspects of our relationship with our bodies and food.
