- I am a psychologist. I studied most of my degree at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland; once I settled in Barcelona I validated it and graduated from UNED in 2009.
- I am a psychotherapist. I’m trained in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and MBT (Mentalization Based Therapy). In 2024 I completed the Master in Contemporary Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Ramon Llull University and Fundació Vidal i Barraquer. I have experience in the treatment of Eating Disorders, Personality Disorders, issues related to relationships and self-esteem, among others. I am currently in the process of obtaining the EFPA EuroPsy certification.
- I am a trainer and coach. For 12 years I worked in training and talent development in the business field, where I developed global projects and led international teams. In 2012 I completed the Postgraduate Course in Talent Development in Organisations at the University of Barcelona and in 2017 a training in coaching at the European Coaching Institute.
- I am a registered member of COPC – Official College of Psychology of Catalonia (member number 28331).
- I collaborate with the ART Project by carrying out individual, couple and group psychotherapy processes, training sessions and developing training courses.
- I attend in English, Spanish, Catalan and Polish.
Irrelevant information about my personal life
- I am Polish by birth and Catalan by adoption. I came to Barcelona in 2004 and fell in love with this city at first sight, so I decided to stay.
- Before working as psychotherapist, I did very varied things. All the experiences have taught me something valuable and have allowed me to meet exceptional people. A few years ago I refocused my career on the clinical field, which has always been my great passion and where I feel I can best contribute.
- I am a big yoga enthusiast; I have been practicing it almost daily for many years. It allows me to find calm and recharge my energy.
- I love traveling. Thanks to my job I have been able to visit and get to know remote parts of the world, but what I enjoy the most is traveling in slow mode, trying to integrate myself into the landscape.
- I`m good at learning languages and I enjoy using them in both my work and personal life.
