- I am a psychologist. I graduated in 2021 from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
- I hold a degree in Social Work from the University of Málaga (2016) and a Master’s in Health Social Work. I have extensive advanced training in the social field.I am a licensed general health psychologist, and in 2025 I completed the Master’s in General Health Psychology (MPGS) at Universidad UNIE.
- I am a family and couples psychotherapist, trained in systemic and dynamic-relational approaches through the Master’s in Family and Couples Therapy at Universitat Ramon Llull and the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.I am currently in the process of obtaining the EFPA EuroPsy certification (through FEAP).
- I am registered with COPC – Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia (registration number 28806).I work from an integrative approach, shaped by my experience in the social field and my work in various support areas. This background has allowed me to incorporate tools from different therapeutic approaches and adapt them to the needs, personality, and context of each individual.
- I provide services in English, Catalan, Basque, and Spanish.
Irrelevant information and about my personal life
- I was born in a small town in the interior of the Basque Country, Eibar, where I lived until university. Since then, I have spent time in different parts of Spain, but I have always returned to Barcelona—there has always been something that drew me back.
- I enjoy sports, which have been part of my life since childhood, to the point that I even practiced professionally. I believe that sharing something you are passionate about brings people together and helps them grow.
- Although I come from inland, I have always said I wanted to live near the coast. I also really enjoy the rain, as any true northerner would.
- I love coffee—it’s always a good moment to share.
- I enjoy learning, reading, and teaching.
- I find yoga, writing, and nature to be forms of self-care and connection.
- I am interested in everything that links the body and emotion, and I enjoy the creative processes that arise from observing everyday life.
