  • I am a psychologist with a clinical mention from the Universitat Ramon Llull–Blanquerna.
  • I am a psychotherapist. I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
  • I am registered with the COPC –Colegio Oficial de Psicología de Catalunya (membership number 32040).
  • At the same time, I am training in trauma from an integrative perspective to conduct deeper and more effective therapy, customizing treatments to the maximum and taking into account different approaches and perspectives.
  • My experience is mainly with adults dealing with anxiety-depressive problems and self-esteem issues.
  • I have participated in two different studies conducting group therapies with children and adolescents on emotional identification and management.
  • I provide therapy in Spanish and Catalan.
  • I am from Barcelona with roots in Alicante.

  • I used to write poetry, and now I have found cross-stitch and embroidery, and I have learned to be present through them.
  • I disconnect by connecting with movement. My training approach includes mobility, animal flow, flexibility, and coordination. Focusing on human health and longevity, intending to stay agile in old age.
  • Currently, I read many books and essays dedicated to psychology because that is what I feel like reading, but my favorite novel is “This Too Shall Pass” by Milena Busquets. It is set in Cadaqués, and the way it speaks about the transition of grief is beautiful.
