- I am a therapeutic cook and nutritional educator.
- I was fortunate to begin my training in energetic nutrition directly through hands-on kitchen practice, guided by chef Anna Grau, and I grounded my foundations with the Basic Healthy Cooking course taught by chef Montse Vallory.
- Experiencing the major positive changes in my own health as I applied everything I was learning inspired me to certify in Naturist and Therapeutic Cooking and in Naturist and Oriental Dietetics at IFP Roger de Llúria.
- Later, I continued my studies at ESMACA, the Macrobiotic School of Catalonia, becoming certified as a Macrobiotic Consultant (a credential recognized by the Kushi Institute–USA).
- I developed my culinary training at the Hofmann Hospitality School and at the Superior School of Hospitality of Barcelona (ESHOB), combining the skills of fine gastronomy with knowledge of balanced eating—so that everything that comes out of my kitchen is both suitable for your body and delicious to the palate.
- My approach to nutrition is integrative, taking into account the unique reality of each person I work with—their current state, habits, and tastes.
- I share a living, evolving cuisine that adapts as the needs of each person change, acknowledging emotions and seeking the pleasure of nourishing oneself in a way that allows food to support the growth of both body and spirit along the same path.
- For the last five years, I have led an online membership community where members learn to develop a fluid and balanced relationship with food, with recipes, tutorials, themed livestreams, and plenty of technical and emotional support.
- I also work as a macrobiotic consultant, helping people who wish to improve some aspect of their health through nutrition tailored to their needs.
- Currently, I also have the pleasure of being the therapeutic cook at Clínica Art, where together with the team of therapists and nutritionists we help create a safe and enjoyable cooking space.
- I work in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
Irrelevant information about my personal life

- I also practiced yoga for 19 years, a practice that still accompanies me even when I don’t physically perform it.
- I am the mother of two boys and a girl, and all three have been my life teachers.
A few years ago, my cat Lulú joined our family, from whom I learn every day to enjoy the moment and not overthink so much. - I am very musical, and in the kitchen I love cooking with music, which can range from Buddhist mantras to heavy metal… I adapt both the food and the music to my mood and needs at each moment.
