- I graduated in Psychology from the University of the País Vasco (UPV) in San Sebastián. During my academic years, I began working in the field of leisure activities with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, an area in which I have continued to train and currently practice.
- In 2024, I obtained a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).
- I am currently training in family and couple therapy with a systemic and relational dynamic approach through the Master’s program in Family and Couple Therapy at Ramon Llull University and Sant Pau Hospital.
- Clinically, I have focused on the Autistic community, supporting individuals through their diagnostic processes and addressing their psycho-emotional needs. Additionally, I have experience in psycho-oncology, providing follow-up care to people undergoing cancer treatment and their families. I also have experience in couple and family therapy.
- I have trained in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and have experience in treating eating disorders, relationship issues, and self-esteem, among other areas.
- I am a licensed member of the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia (registration number 32329).
- I collaborate with the ART Project as a psychotherapist.
- I offer therapy in Spanish, English, and Euskera.
Irrelevant information and about my personal life
- I am from País Vasco, but my studies brought me to Barcelona in 2022.
- I consider myself a person with many interests and enjoy spending my free time in various ways, such as doing sports, cooking, or crafting. I especially love doing these activities outdoors.
- People are often surprised when I mention that I completed yoga teacher training as a teenager. I feel that yoga has given me a deep awareness of my body, and it remains an essential practice in my life today.
- My native language is Eusquera, but I am also fluent in Spanish and English. Currently, I am learning Catalan.
