- As a therapist, I create space for reflection and encourage clients to slow down, helping them connect more deeply with their thoughts and emotions. Many of us fear our own feelings or try to avoid them, yet it’s often by allowing emotions to simmer down rather than rushing past them that we better come to understand and manage them.
- For me, a true sign of progress in therapy isn’t about changing who you are, but about reaching a place of self-acceptance. It’s when we can sit together in silence—not an empty, uncomfortable silence, but one that feels shared, calm, and grounding. This kind of silence doesn’t come from trying to fix things, but from embracing your own story as it is, without wishing it were different. It’s the result of hard conversations, facing difficult truths, and letting go of the pressure to change. In this space, there’s room for compassion and understanding, and from here, we begin to flourish.
- I collaborate with Proyecto ART as a psychotherapist.
- I work online in Spanish and English.

- The most beautiful thing about my country is that amid many adversities and complexities, we have always thrived by singing and dancing as a form of cultural expression.
- When people ask whether I prefer the sea or the mountains, I genuinely can’t choose, I enjoy both. That’s why I spent ten years in Barcelona. In 2024, I felt it was time to embark on a new adventure, and now I find myself in Oslo, surrounded by stunning mountains and breathtaking fjords. I work online and also travel back to Barcelona for in-person work when I can.

I know firsthand how it can feel to be uprooted, a sentiment many of my clients share. Yet, I have realized there’s a unique strength in our ability to create a sense of home no matter where we are. This adaptability fosters connection and belonging, reminding us that home is more about the relationships we build and the memories we create than about any specific location.
