Irrelevant information about my personal life

- I was born in Barcelona, in the neighborhood of Horta, which is kind of a small village in the middle of Barcelona. Despite being part of one of Europe’s best cities, I’ve had the privilege of growing up in a quiet and peaceful environment.
- I am the son of a British man from Essex (London) and a Catalan woman from Barcelona. My identity has always been linked to integrating these two worlds, and I feel fortunate to draw from both cultural sources, something I am very proud of.
- I have many interests: music has been part of my life since childhood, I practice martial arts and I love cooking.
- My personal journey led me to explore personal development, meditation practices, and mindfulness, which ultimately inspired me to pursue training as a psychotherapist. I soon discovered that this path was my true passion, and it is the one I chose to follow.
